This option will ask you for answers to your 2 security questions to validate your identity.

Use Self-Service Banner
If you don’t know the answers to your 2 security questions, you can still use Self-Service Banner to reset your LEA password. You will need your LamarID and PIN.

- Go to www.Lamar.edu, click LU Connect, click Students or Faculty/Staff, click Self-Serv Banner.
- Log in to Self-Service Banner with your LamarID and PIN.
- Click Personal Information.
- Click Change Your Pin OR Recover LEA Username and Password.
- Scroll down until you see your LEA Username.
- Click Give me a temporary password.
- Write down the temporary password (it is case-sensitive) and click OK.
- Log in to Password Reset: Type your LEA Username and TEMPORARY and click Log in.
- Type your temporary password, new password, and confirm the new password and click OK.
Note: Your new password must be at least 15 characters using uppercase, lowercase, a special character, and a number. Also, do not use any part of your name or username in the new password.
